Help content written for the Collibra Everywhere mobile application.
Process
I worked closely with the developer to learn how to use the app. I then used all of the information I obtained during our interview sessions to document the features.
Because the Collibra documentation is published in both HTML and in PDF format, wrote the content in Madcap Flare, and then generated the HTML and PDF versions of the guide. This multi-step publishing process allowed me to create the content in a single source and publish it in different formats.
